6. Pioneer Batch 0 Pre-order Model (Early Adopters)

HEXVEX provides its initial production batch under a fully transparent pre-order framework known as Batch 0:

Your pre-order reservation carries zero financial risk today; no funds are deducted until physical production and lab verification are completely finalized.

  • 0 € Charged Today: Confirming a reservation at checkout incurs an initial charge of 0.00 €. No payment is processed at the time of checkout.

7. Prices, Currency, Taxes & Shipping Fees

All product prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as legally applicable in accordance with Spanish and EU tax regulations (OSS regime for EU member states).

Promotional pre-order pricing (including the 15% Early Adopter discount applied to Batch 0 tiers) is guaranteed and locked in upon reservation.

Applicable shipping fees are clearly itemized before order confirmation. Orders qualifying for free shipping promotions (such as 2-pack and 3-pack formats) will have delivery fees fully covered by HEXVEX for eligible mainland and EU destinations.

8. Free Pre-order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their Batch 0 pre-order reservation at any time prior to payment processing and dispatch, completely free of charge with zero penalties or questions asked.

To cancel a pre-order before shipment, simply send an email to info@hexvex.eu with your order number or reservation name.

9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Calendar Days)

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU, Art. 102), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date physical possession of the products is acquired by the consumer or a designated third party (other than the carrier).

To exercise the right of withdrawal on eligible products, consumers must communicate an unequivocal decision by email to info@hexvex.eu within the 14-day statutory period.

10. Food Safety Exemption to Right of Withdrawal

EXPRESS FOOD HYGIENE & SAFETY NOTICE:

In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(e) of Spanish Consumer Law (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Because HEXVEX products are dietary supplements in powder form intended for human oral consumption, under no circumstances will returns or refunds be accepted for doypack pouches whose factory tamper-evident seal, thermal heat seal, or protective zip closure has been opened, unsealed, or altered after delivery.

Returns can only be accepted for products that remain fully factory-sealed, undamaged, and in pristine condition suitable for resale.

11. Return Procedure for Sealed Products & Refunds

When exercising a legitimate right of withdrawal for products that maintain their intact factory seal:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction, within a maximum of 14 calendar days following receipt and inspection of the returned sealed products.

  • The consumer must ship the product back to the return address provided by HEXVEX within 14 calendar days of communicating their withdrawal.
  • Direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

12. Legal Conformity Guarantee

Under applicable European and Spanish consumer protection laws, products carry a statutory conformity guarantee of three (3) years against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, taking into account the consumable nature and best-before date printed on the packaging.

If you receive an item damaged during transit or with a defect, contact us at info@hexvex.eu with order details and photographs for immediate replacement or full refund at zero additional cost.
